행안부 “IT용역직은 정규직 전환대상서 제외”임성엽 기자 starleaf@dt.co.kr | 입력: 2017-09-13 18:00 공공부문 정규직 전환에 떨고 있는 SW업계라는 기사를 보고 리뷰를 쓴 적이 있다.업계에서 반발하더니 결국 무산 ㅠㅠ 물론 정규직으로 바뀌면 하청이 줄어들고, 당장의 일은 좀 줄어들겠지.하지만 정규직으로 바뀌면 현재 개발자들의 대우가 달라질 거라 예상해서 굉장히 기대했는데~!!!! 세탁기에서 탈수하듯,착즙기에서 착즙하듯 크런치모드로 개발자를 탈탈 터는 문화는 계속 되는 걸로~ 리뷰할 것도 없다. 정규직 전환 찬성하는 입장으로서 이번 제외는 짜증난다~~~~~
